Analysis & Feelings
This story is exciting and full of action. I admired Rikki’s bravery and
determination, even when facing deadly enemies. Kipling uses animal characters
to teach values like courage, loyalty, and self-sacrifice. Rikki’s fight with
Nagaina was especially intense and showed how even a small creature can make a
big difference. I felt proud of Rikki and relieved when the family was safe.
It’s a classic good-versus-evil story with strong moral lessons.
